LA VECCHIA ROMA - RESTAURANT

Hello everybody,

today i'd like to talk about a very famous and typical restaurant here in Rome. The restaurant "VECCHIA ROMA"

This restaurant is located near the metro Vittorio Emanuele and can be easely reached also from Termini station.

Inside there are some rooms big enough to host some groups or individual clients. The location is very simple, and you can breathe the real roman atmosphere, with DOC Roman waiters.

Menu and service are "spartan" but very familiar.

You can choose between some of the main Roman dishes: suppli, pasta carbonara, amatriciana, and so on...

I personally chose the following:

STARTERS: MIXED BRUSCHETTE AND MIXED FRIED SPECIALITIES

MAIN DISH: AMATRICIANA AND GRICIA

I did not take a dessert as dishes were big enough, but

if you want there is a sweet showcase near the bar counter,

so you can see them and choose by yourself.

If you want to experience the real Roman cuisine, i really suggest this place.
