Hello bloggers,
today I'd like to suggest you a special restaurant in Rome.
The name is "METAMORFOSI". This restaurant has 1 star michelin and the chef is Roy Caceres, with his Colombian origins. He lives in Italy since many years, so he mixed its cuisine with an original taste and design.
The restaurant is with a minimalis decoration but elegant.
You can eat there by choosing à la carte menu or "6 course menu"
In 6 course menu , you cannot choose, but chef will cook its best dishes.
I could try the following:
1 - A CREAMY SOUCE WITH SQUID INK, HOMEMADE BREAD AND OIL
2 - SPECIAL SHRIMP DISH
3 - SPECIAL PASTA WITH TOMATO FLAVOR
4- RISOTTO WITH MASHROOMS INSIDE A EDIBLE CUP
5 - MEAT WITH WILD AROMAS
6 - THREE KIND OF SMALL DESSERT
The price is not cheap but accessible.
I suggest it for a special event with your partner or friend.
Or just to have a special experience during your stay in Italy!
