Sunday Brunch Semi buffet: I couldn't help but wonder why the famous dessert Napolean is not served enough for all 'Fans' . After 2 rounds, they replaced it with blueberry cheesecake which totally cooled down the mood.
Appetizers are mouth-watering, Copper Ham, Parma Ham, Air dried beef and beef capacio, Lobster, Crab legs and 'Lai-Liu' shrimp. I think those are to please local ppl. their grill eggplant, mushroom and tomato are Authentic.
One thing to mention, there free-flow of champagne , orange or grapefruit juice. For the main course, they served red/ white wine; tea/ coffe to end. what do u want if the price is $ 538/ person.
Soup: Tomato soup
pasta: Lasagna and Creamy seafood linguine pass around
grill station: pork chop, chicken, squid and prawn grilled with charcoal
Sashimi station: in italiano style, serve on toast with basil, pesto and tomato sauce, worth trying
Main course: choose from Duck liver, Beef tenderloin, spring chicken , pasta
Dessert: as i mention.......i don't want to rush for my favourite dessert while eating main course.....so, come one! be generous Chef !!!!
A bit out of my expectation is the atmosphere, it's like a family buffet style, noisy and chaotic...
Phillipino band will entertain you around.
