禁煙エリアがまた増えてきます。

All the public transportation including MTR, indoor areas like resturants and public places like parks, sports centre or beach.

Now government is planning to set more smoke-free zones at around 130 open-air interchanges. (e.g. The bus terminal next to the star ferry terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui.

屋根付けてないバス停、約128個（乗下車、候車の範囲）

★This new rule will leave only five open-air interchanges- those at Airport, the Conference & Exhibition Centre, Ocean Park, China Ferry Terminal and Nam Cheung railway station.★
★空港、コンベンションセンター、海洋公園、中港城フェリータミンナル、南昌駅などにある五つのバス停は外します。★

Some people believe that this implementation will be diffcult as there is indefinite boundaries of the open-air interchanges. Government will launch a series of discussion wil related deartments and public.

来月から市民の反応・各専門の助言を求めます。うまく行けば今年の末に実施するそうです。但し、場所により乗下車の範囲も異なりますので、どうやって区別するのか、現在疑問として抱いています。

Although there is still controvertial opinions about smoke ban topic, HKSAR government will continue to go for a complete ban of smoking, I think there will be more and more smoke ban area in the near future.

反対派は絶対いると思いますが、香港政府は禁煙区域拡大・強化するようにかなり取り込んでいます。これから禁煙エリアをますます増えると予想されます。

HKD 1500 fixed penalty comes into operation for those who smoke in the smoke-free zones. And anyone who fail to pay the penalty with 21 days will face a heavy penatly and it will be up to HKD 5000.
前の記事も載せたですが、禁煙法で違犯者にはHKD 1500の罰金が科せられます。期間内に罰金を支払わなければ、最高HKD 5000の追加罰金が発生します。
