キャベッジタウン (Cabbagetown) にある素敵なレストランに行ってきました
Ｆ'AMELIA というイタリアン レストランです
レストランは、こじんまりとした一軒家のような雰囲気で素敵
こちらは、お店自慢のピザの石釜
パンが可愛い缶に入ってきました。
オリーブ＆ビネガーにつけて食べると、さらにおいしい～
まずは、前菜を2種類
Warm wild mushroom salad with Jerusalem artichoke puree,
Parmesan croutons and a marjoram emulsion
Calamari with house-made spicy pork sausage, stewed tomatoes,
fennel and preserved lemon
メインは、ビザ パスタ をそれぞれ2種類ずつオーダーしました。
石釜で焼かれたピザは、釜で焼かれた香ばしい匂いもしていて美味しい
Montanara
Crushed San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, parma ham,
arugula, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P, basil, evoo
Regina Margherita
Crushed San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala,
cherry tomatoes, basil and evoo
パスタは、自家製の生パスタ
麺がモチモチとっても美味しかったです
Pappardelle with thyme and rosemary braised rabbit,
honey mushrooms and black kale
Octopus linguine with spicy tomato sauce, arugula,
spicy guanciale, capers and preserved lemon
食べ切れなかったピザをお持ち帰りにして翌日食べましたが、
冷めても美味しいピザでした。
また美味しいイタリアンレストランを見つけた
と思いました
