皆様～～～
常夏の島からこんにちは～～～
先週からスカイマーク直行便でご来島下さっていた皆様も、全員様、無事にご帰国になられました。
たくさんのお客様から『楽しかったよ
』『サイパンの海はきれいだね。こんなに日本から近くて綺麗な海があるなら、わざわざハワイまで行かなくていいじゃん。ハワイより全然、綺麗だったよ
』等々。
暖かいお言葉たくさん頂きました。ありがとうございました
そんなサイパンにあるレストランをご紹介致します
その名は【POKI YAKI】
【ポキ】とは？皆様も聞いたことのある響きではないでしょうか
ポキはハワイ料理の一つで、マグロの赤身やタコなどの魚介をぶつ切りして、醤油・ゴマ油・香味野菜等で合えた物です。
それを白飯に載せた物を【ポキ丼（POKI BOWL)】と呼びます
サイパンでも、POKI は非常に良く食されており、よ～～～く冷えたビールのおつまみに
サンセットを見ながらビーチサイドで～～～～理想的ですね
こちらのお店ですが、様々な丼ぶり物からポキ単品をお取り扱い
今回は、丼物を４点オーダー致しました。
カウンターでオーダーをしてお支払いを済ませて
、出来上がりを待ちます
４種類のオーダーでも待ち時間は約10～15分位です
サイパンにしては、早いですね～～～スミマセン、日本国内だったらもっと早い
カウンターの後ろに見える黒板がメニューです
きちんと何が含まれているか明記されており、嫌いな物は『これ入れないで～
』リクエスト可能です。
私は【ハワイアンボウル】を頼んだのですが、マカデミアナッツを省いてもらいました。

右側の写真は、【BUILD OWN POKI BOWL】と言いまして、自身のオリジナル『丼』をオーダー出来ます。
子供達がいつも食べているのを見ていただけの母でしたが、非常に美味しい～～
２個位行けそうです
なんと『JAPANESE BOWL』と言うメニューありました
次回は別メニューにトライです
