New York has become one of the best cities to dine out, and the list just keeps on growing with every year. Never one to out done by its big city cousins, London and Paris, here is just a "taste" of the newest restaurants to keep a look out for.

Adler:

Alder
I Have Been to Alder two times for brunch already -.... getting Different items Each time The brunch IS absolutely amazing It's Definitely not a usual brunch but a great new Take it on 3-4 plates IS Plenty for two People I love the fact that you can get half cocktails, or "shorts," so you can try a couple different ones. Great service, great food, good value.

Aska
Fredrik  Berselius's Williamsburg's new Restaurant. A MUST TRY IS Their tasting with Inventive Cocktail and Wine list. IS A MUST TRY Their Potatis Dumpling Swedish and Hot Dog.

Betony
Bryce Shuman and his pack of Eleven Madison Park Bring a much-needed dose of 21st-Century-Style Gourmet to 57th Street. The most successful dishes tend to Lean Heavily on Daniel Humm's Polished, Haute -Barnyard model, in Particular the Seared foie GRAS (in an Inventive ham-Hock Consomme ), and the Chicken Breast, Which IS Served with a Side of Shredded Meat thigh on Dandelion Greens. My Soft flap of short RIB s

The Elm

Paul Liebrandt's eagerly Awaited new Restaurant, the Elm, Which opened recently on the border of McCarren Park, on the northern Fringes of Williamsburg . Before Defecting ACROSS the River, of Course, Liebrandt WAS One of Manhattan's most Celebrated Chefs, known for his tempestuous Outbursts and his Four-Star Cooking, most recently at Corton in Tribeca . Like Corton , his new home features a Gleaming, State-of-the-Art Kitchen, One Although this IS set, Somewhat Unceremoniously, on the basement Floor of the new Hotel King & Grove Williamsburg .
