Today I came to check out Hot Licks in Long Beach. Hot licks specializes in hot sauce and spicy foods from around the world. You can try almost any kind of sauce before you purchase it which is actually a pretty nice system.

Hot Licks also hosts annual Hot Licks Fiery Foods Festival. The festival focuses on local manufacturers of hot and spicy foods. Live local bands and hot sauce/salsa contests are featured at this lively event.
