Hi Everyone,

Today I would like to share one of my dinning experiences with you.

There is a Japanese resturant locate at Downtown LA, near Little Tokyo Village. Its name is 「花いちもんめ」。

You can see there is lots of food display outside, look pretty good, hah?

They are not only the Japanese resturant, but also the specialist of Ramen. Here is my favor: Spicy Champon ramen!

Champon is a noodle dish that contains lots of thing. It has different versions in Japan, Korea and China. But this one I had at Hana-Ichimonme was much like a Japanese and Korean Combine Style.

As you can see, it is made by frying pork, scallop, shrimp and lots of vegetables with lard. At here, you also can choose your spicy level, I recommend level 2 for that, as follow. :)

Also, if ONLY ramen doesn't enough for you. You also can ask for a combo! Here is what my friends had: Spicy Champon combo with beef bowl and salad! It looks sooo good, but too much for me!!

Also, they have some different type of Champon as well, such as coconut Champon. Well, it was good, but to me, a little bit too creamy...

Besides Ramen, the restaurant is famous for its dessert Shaved Ice as well.

Just a reminder, size is BIG!! Share with your friends if you are not a "dessert killer".
