Afternoon in Downtown LA: Vegan Ramen and the Bradbury Building
I recently visited GCM (Grand Central Market) and discovered a ramen shop that is 100% vegan. Yes, vegan ramen. Talk about a win! The lack of ramen in my life has finally come to an end.
If you pick GCM for lunch or dinner, I highly recommend checking this place out. Even my non-vegan friends rave about it! This is a unique ramen experience.
Restaurant name: Ramen Hood
(Robin Hood --> Ramen Hood)
It is just across the way from Eggslut, which can always be identified by the endless line of people stretched around the building.
There are a few different flavors to choose from including spicy, OG, and cold flavors.

OG Ramen
There is even an option to get a vegan egg made from soy milk and yeast.

Next, I headed over to the Bradbury Building just across the street from GCM. This landmark building is known for its unique architectural design. From the outside it’s not much too look at, but enter inside and it is quite a sight.
This building has been used in movies like 500 Days of Summer and Blade Runner.
For anyone visiting Los Angles for the first time, this is a beautiful building to see the interior of.
If you have an hour or two to spare and you are in downtown, I recommend this brief break of unique vegan ramen and a look at the Bradbury Building.
