Hey everyone!

Recently I went to Santa Monica, and went shopping around the famous Third Street Promenade with my friend.

It started getting super chilly and the sun was setting, so we decided to go get some food. Many of the restaurants were crowded, as usual, but we stumbled upon a cute little place that surprisingly had empty seats.

Little Ruby is a restaurant that was dimly lit, cutely decorated with themes of red.

It's apparently a restaurant that originated in Australian, an Australian cafe, so there were things like Australian Ginger Beer on the menu! Although we went at night for dinner, this place is a really popular breakfast and brunch place! There are loads of trendy breakfast foods like avocado toast!

We started off with yummy sangrias! It tasted different than other sangrias I've had, but I liked it just the same!

There were a lot of other drinks to choose from including fresh juices and healthy smoothies!

My friend ordered the "Whaley's Burger" that had fried egg and pineapple! It looked really delicious! She got it with an order of truffle fries with aioli, and it tasted really good! I tried a few. おすすめだよ～！

I had the "Spicy Italian Sausage" pasta. It was pretty good and creamy, but it wasn't my favorite. I think I might try the "Shrimp Pasta" next time. I was eyeing other people's plates, and it looked really good! 

The service was great and friendly, and I liked that it wasn't too crowded. I would definitely come back. The place was small and adorable, and I think breakfast might be a good option next time.

You should check it out too if you're ever in the Santa Monica area! It's a great spot 2 minutes from the beach, with great shopping in the area too!
