KULA REVOLVING SUSHI BAR

The newest Sushi restaurant to open in

Little Tokyo is KULA. This is 'Kaiten Sushi'

style, or as Americans like to call it 'Sushi-

Go-Round' or 'Conveyor Belt Sushi'.

Those that've eaten Kaiten Sushi is LA

before will be surprised when they first

walk-in. at the modern design, lay-out and

cleanliness.

For Kaiten `newbies', different kinds of small

plated sushi passes by your seat. You grab

whatever you like or looks fresh & appealing..

The sushi is all covered with plastic lids as

it travels around the track, so no need to

worry about dust or other thing landing on

your next food before you make your next

choice.

When you've had your fill, the bill is tallied

up by the number of plates left on the table.

Prices are very resonable averaging about

$2.00~$3.00 a plate.

Also if what you want doesn't come around,

you can also order off the menu. There's also

a take-out window for those short on time.

Another cool thing is most everything served

is made with organic ingredients or & very

little preservatives.
