Today I would like to introduce an authentic Danish Style Breakfast. "Paula's Pancake House" located in Solvang, CA. They are one of the hot spots for breakfasts in Solvang with over 1100 reviews on YELP and managing a 4-star rating. With warm, friendly atmosphere, combined with a kitschy decor, Paula's Pancake House only adds to the charm of Solvang. Pictures does not do its justice as these Danish Style Pancakes are very thin and light yet still has a fluffy consistency. A must stop if you are in town!
