Today I will be sharing a favorite brunch spot
in West Hollywood -BLD!
BLD stands in West Hollywood, specializing
in brunches and classic American comfort foods.
I had a house cured salmon eggs benedict
with a side of fresh sliced tomatoes.
The eggs benedict was spectacular- hollandaise
sauce with a hint of lemon was a perfect match with
the house cured smoked salmon.
Great service at the restaurant- a little crowded
on Saturday mornings, but definitely worth the wait!
Pictured below on the lower half is
pork braised eggs benedict and Spanish chorizo
fries.
Pictured below is a fruit platter I also ordered.
Fresh fruits are a great way to end a big brunch.
