Hi Everyone,

Today I would like to share a yummy shabu-shabu restaurant in Monterey Park. It's located in the plaza with AMC theater, easy to find~

Although it's already Spring in L.A., you can still feel cold after sunset.  For the night after late work, I really recommend to have the hot pot here!

NOT use to share a boil with your friends? DON'T WORRY! In this restaurant, you can pick your own boil and it has everything you want! Meat, vegetable and also the soup favor!

As the menu shows, you can pick whatever soup you want, add on the course! OR you can also pick some special boil which already set up.

Once you're ready, just mark the number you want on the order paper and hand over to the waiter!

Since the boil is for personal ONLY, it won't take to long to set up. Last time, we ordered 1 SPECIAL & 2 combo choices.

【Korean Army Boil】

Nice special! With pork, sausage, cheese and eggs!~ Spcicy but really yummy! 

【tomato soup with Aberdeen Angus】

My favor!! The tomato soup taste so soooo good!! And healthy! LOL

We requested them to put the meat on side so everyone can share with it!

【Satay broth with seafood】

A little bit spicy for this one, but not bad, taste good as well.

Oh, almost forget!! All of the boil come with rice or noodle, just pick the one you like. 

If you need some sauces on side for your pot, they also have many choices allow you to pick.

From left to right would be: spicy chili, satay and garlic soy sauce. I do recommend the satay with peanut one.

What's more, since 1 boil only serve for 1 people, you can even get there by yourself!! DON'T EVEN NEED TO WAIT FOR ANYONE! GO SHA-BU SHA-BU ALONE!
