Hello

I will introduce my favorite dumpling place.

It's called Dumpling House. It is located on the Baldwin avenue.

So small place but it's always busy.

I always start with this dish.

The outside is crispy but inside is chewy texture. It is filled with shredded beef, green onion, and cirantro.

It is a big roll. Don't finish the dish. You many not be able to enjoy other dishes.

Next is 小籠包.

So tasty and juicy.... Yum!

Don't burn your tongue though.

I like this type of dumplings too.

I loved any fried rices at this place. The texture is just perfect.

It tastes good but I prefer thinner noodles.
