Hey Everyone!

Hope all is well. I recently went to one of my personal favorite restaurants, Bubba Gumps! It is a chain restaurant, but whenever I have a craving for shrimp, this is the place I go to. I know there are a couple locations in Japan, but often times depending on the locations, the atmosphere and vibe can be completely different.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Restaurant & Market. is famous for their fried shrimp dishes, and for their theme based off the movie Forrest Gump.

私の大好きなババ・ガンプ・シュリンプのレストランに行きました！エビ老好きな方にはオススメです！日本にも歩けども少し雰囲気が違うかな～と思います。

They have multiple locations throughout the United States. In Southern California, near to the Los Angeles and Orange County area. I've been to one in the Universal City Walk, one at The Pike in Long Beach, and the one in Santa Monica. There is also one in Anaheim, so Bubba Gump's was located right on the pier so you're also treated to a nice ocean view. It can get a little noisy and crowded in there, so you might want to get there a bit earlier than you plan on eating to account for wait time.

Everything was themed and super cute!

フォレストガンプのテーマでかわいいかったです。

We had to flip these "Run Forrest Run" signs to signal to the waiter that we needed assistance.

There were a lot of options on the menu, but I ended up choosing the pasta because...well that's what I always choose. It's super delicious, and my favorite thing on the menu. 

The dish called, "...Of course we have scampi" consists of a lemon garlic butter sauce with capers, tomatoes, and of course shrimp! The result is a tangy, savory dish that is seriously delicious!

私はいつも頼むパスタにしました。とても美味しくってレモン味がよく利いていました。ぜひ食べてみて下さい！

Another item that was ordered was the "Run Across America Sampler." It came with artichoke dip, fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, hush puppies, and some hot wings. It was also really great, but if I had to recommend something, it would be the pasta <3

Next time you're in an area with a Bubba Gump's I recommend trying it!
