Recently, I had lunch at a steakhouse that I've never been to before.
Nick + Stef's Steakhouse is a trendy, slightly upscale steakhouse located in the financial district of Downtown Los Angeles.

アメリカと言えば、やっぱりステーキですよね？最近お昼にダウンタウン・ロサンゼルスにあるステーキハウスに行ってきました。ニック＋ステフスステーキハウスというお店です。

Stepping inside, your nose is instantly hit with the smell of dry-aged steaks. That's because one of the things this restaurant is known for are their dry-aged steaks which you can see on display through the glass windows inside. 

There are plenty of mouth-watering choices on the menu, including a nice selection of sides and seafoods in addition to various cuts of steak. 

Looking at the menu, I decided to go for the steak sandwich. While you wait for your food, you're given a little cheese popover that was salty and delicious.

When the food did arrive, it looked amazing! A little wary from past experiences of tough steak in sandwiches, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the quality of the steak (medium-rare of course) in the sandwich was. For my sandwich, I was allowed the substitute of regular cheddar for the blue cheese.

私はステーキサンドイッチを頼みました。すごく柔らかくて美味しかったです。今まで食べたステーキサンドイッチで一番おいしかったかも！？フレンチフライもついてきました。

Honestly, this was the best steak sandwich I've ever had. It also came with a side of fries that was topped with a bit of garlic, and that was delicious too.

Everyone ordered different things and they all looked delicious! One person ordered a power lunch set with soup and hangar steak, another person ordered a salmon club sandwich, and another person ordered the steak salad.

サラダや普通のステーキとかサーモンのサンドイッチも全部おいしそうでした！

If you feel like slightly treating yourself to a nice lunch or dinner, I would recommend Nick + Stef's to you!

ステーキ好きな方やガッツリ食べたい方にはオススメな場所です！
