Oh yes, once again in my kitchen, because today I'd like to show you another super-simple recipe!
Today we will prepare togheter one of my favourite dessert: チョコレートのサラミ!
Do you like chocolate? if the answer is "Yes" you will love this frozen delicious dessert for sure!
The ingredients (材料)
160 gr sugar - 砂糖
1 egg - 卵1個
50 gr unsweetened cocoa powder- ココアパウダー
175 gr butter- バター
170 gr of biscuits (to be crumbled) - 砕いたビスケット
10 almonds (minced)-みじん切りにしたアーモンド
You will need also:
alumin paper - アルミニウムの紙
Directions :
1.
First: crumble all the biscuits and mince the almonds, then prepare the melted butter in your kettle (You will use it later). Hand-whisk the egg and sugar together in a large bowl.
2.Now add the cocoa powder and the melted butter, meanwhile continue mixing everything (you can use a wooden spone like me
)
3.Add the crumbled biscuits and then the minced almonds.
4.Wrap the delicious mixture obtained in an aluminum foil, then place the チョコレートのサラミ in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
5. After 6 hours take it out of the fridge, unwrap it, slice it and.......you can now enjoy and taste this wondeful italian dessert!! おいしいでしょうね!
