Welcome to lesson 3 of our VIP appointment
Today I would like to help you to memorize some italian words, in order to enrich your vocabulary!
Let's start with something simple that might be useful at the airport:
- "Valigia" - "suitcase"
- "Dogana" - "customs"
- "Albergo" - "hotel"
- "Cambio" - "money changer"

And now some useful phrases to remember and use at your arrival :
- "Scusi, dove si ritirano le valigie?" - "Excuse me, where canl I pick up my luggages?"
- "Scusi, dov’e’ la dogana? - "Excuse me, Where’s the customs?"
- " Scusi, devo andare all’albergo H.I.S. " - "Excuse me, I have to go to a hotel HIS"
- " Scusi, dov’è un cambio?" - "Excuse me, Where’s a money changer?"

These questions can be useful if you decide to take a taxi:

- "Scusi, dove posso prendere un taxi?" - "Excuse me, where can I get a taxi?"

- "Buongiorno, mi può portare all’albergo H.I.S. per favore? "-"Good morning, could you take me to the hotel HIS please? "

And now a little vocabulary to use once you arrive at the hotel:
- "Camera" - "Room"
- "Letto matrimoniale" - "double bed"
- "Letto singolo" - "Single bed"

-“Chiave” – “Key”

-“Porta” – “Door”
- "Doccia" - "Shower"
- "Vasca" - "Bathtub"
- "Bath" - "Bathroom"
- "Sapone" - "Soap"
- "Carta igenica" - "Toilet Paper"
- "Asciugamani" - "Towels"
- "Servizio in camera" - "Room Service"
- "Colazione" - "Breakfast"

And now some typical requests you may need during your staying at the hotel:

- " Buongiorno, ho una prenotazione a nome Suzuki " - "Good morning, I have a reservation for Suzuki"
- "Mi scusi a che ora è la colazione? "-" Excuse me, what time is breakfast? '
- "Mi scusi, avete una cartina della città?" - "Excuse me, do you have a map of the city?"
- "Mi scusi, a che ora è il check-out?" - "Excuse me, what time is check-out?"
- " Mi scusi, posso lasciare in albergo i bagagli dopo il check-out?" - "Excuse me, may I leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out?"
- " Mi scusi, avrei bisogno di fare una telefonata, posso usare il vostro telefono? Quanto costa ?"-" Excuse me, I need to make a call, may I use your phone? How much does it cost? "
