Asparagus Spaghetti Recipe
Today I make with you asparagus spaghetti!
Take some green asparagus (for 2 pax more or less 10-15 are enough), remove the sticks and keep it aside.
Wash the asparagus and cut into short pieces; then put it in a large pan, add some oil, salt , white wine and a glass of water.
Let them cooking on a low gas ; meantime keep the sticks and put it in a pot, where you will cook the pasta!
Let the water boil with the sticks; in this way the salted water becomes more tasty! ![]()
When the asparagus are ready, and the water boiled, you can take the sticks out of the pot, and use the boiled water to cook the spaghetti ( 180 g.).
After spaghetti cooking, pan-fry it, add some oil if necessary and serve it.
If you like, you can also add some parmesan cheese; I prefer not.
The taste is very particular and mellow, please try it!!
