今日はイタリアのカレーライスのレシピを紹介します。
You need some chicken breast, carrot, tomatoes, onion, if you like also some celery.
First of all cut in small slices the chicken and keep it aside;
Cut in small pieces the carrot, onion and celery, put it in a large pan, add oil and if you like some red pepper; let it get brown.
Then, cover in flour the chicken and put it in the pan; add salt and let also the chicken become brown.
After some minutes add tomatoes, (in pieces or sauce, or both- as you like), oil and let it cooking.
Some minutes before cooking finish, add 1 tea spoon of curry powder and mix all together.
Finally, serve the dish with white boiled rice!
