I would like to talk you about Christmas markets in Italy.
It doesn't matter whether you visit the Christmas market in Bressanone, Vipiteno, or even the picturesque market at the famous spa of Merano: anyone who goes to the Südtirol Christmas markets will always be fascinated by the romantic magic of Advent.
Merano Advent
From the end of November to the beginning of January, tourists can experience genuine Christmas magic in the romantic atmosphere: traditional handicrafts and wonderful culinary specialities: the ingredients of the famous and extremely popular Merano Advent.
Enjoy a cup of tea or mulled wine in one of the small heated houses.
In these houses you can buy everything you want regarding Christmas and eat typical gastronomic specialties: the gingerbread biscuits, cakes spicy, etc..
In front of the famous spa buildings on the Passer Promenade, you can go ice skating and then eat in one of these fantastic "Christmas balls".
The Merano Christmas Market has the special Christmas atmosphere that you find only in the Alps.
The Christmas Market of Bressanone is one of the animated and rich moments of atmosphere of all the year.
Numerous stands propose more typical and original products of the South Tyrol tradition: many christmas objects and ideas gift.
