Hello everybody,
today I will talk about how to cook original italian food.
If you wish to lean to do a "spaghetti alla carbonara" or "amatriciana" or
any other famous dish, now you can do it.
In fact in Rome there are many school of cooking both for tourist and italian people.
The school I'd like to talk today is "Due cuochi per amici" (that mean "two chef as friends")
Chef are young and professional and they can lern you lot of dishes:
- first courses
-second courses
-dessert
and many more like food for veretarian people or food with gluten free
I personally get part to a lesson to learn:
1) how to make tortellini
As you can see from pictures, chef will learn first of all how to make a paste
and then how to make the typical tortellini shape, thanks to a particular machine and then each "tortellino" by hand.
2) how to make a Tiramisu
Another thing I cooked was the Tiramisu (the most famous dessert in Italy)
Fist of all they will teach how to make "savoiardi" biscuits which you will put as base of the Tiramisu
Then, you will prepare additional ingredients: coffee, mascarpone, cacao...
Once your dish is ready, you can finally enjoy :)
Buon appetito!
LINDA
