last day I went to a Mexican restaurant called "Los Cabos Tex Mex Grill" with my boyfriend and I would like to recommend it to you if you like this kind of cuisine.

In my opinion this is probably one the best Mexican food you can find if you are on the other side of the Ocean.

The owners (they lived several years in Texas and decided to go back to Italy and open a Mexican restaurant) make their food with original ingredients, so it tastes and looks authentic.
It is all also served in very large portions, considering the price, so you are guaranteed to be full when you leave.

Plus the place has nice ambience and the owners are very welcoming, friendly and helpful in choosing the dishes. The waiters are polite and efficient.

The restaurant itself is very nice and spacious, it has some tables in the garden and others indoors.

The rooms are decorated with taste and there are some Mexican reference here and there.

Moreover, Los Cobos is not just a restaurant but also a bar, in short, a perfect place to eat, but also to have a drink with friends because of an excellent selection of Mexican beers proposals and with a cocktail menu wide and varied.

The menu is full of fantastic proposals and the food is really good: original Mexican cuisine, tasty, well prepared and presented.
We chose from the menu  two starters and two main dishes

Nachos: tortilla chips with cheese, Mexican beans, jalapeno (green and spicy peppers), pico de gallo (it is a fresh, uncooked salad made from chopped tomato, onion, cilantro, fresh peppers, salt and key lime juice), sour cream and guacamole.

Choriqueso: chorizo (a spicy pork sausage) and melted and hot cheese with mais chips.

Enchilada: mais tortilla stuffed with chicken, cheese and vegetables, tomatoes with enchilada sauce.

Burrito de carne: mais tortillas stuffed with meat, cheese, fresh chili, spices, tomatoes and different sauces.

It worth to try this restaurant and taste a bit of Mexico in Italy!
