Also today I want to introduce you to a place where you can eat a quick meal, tasty and cheap in central Rome!

VERO Food is a new concept of fast food, a new concept of preparation, ingredients and customer service, the concept of gourmet food, focused on the values of well-being, ethics, respect of human relations.

Not a bar or a fast food, but a nice place for every meal of the day to do outside the home.

VERO Food offers natural foods, even for vegetarians, from breakfast to dinner.

It’s open from Monday to Saturday from 10:30 to 22:30 and preparing salads, bagels (sandwiches typical Jewish cuisine), sandwiches, quiches, but also sushi and wraps.

House specialties are pasta dishes such as couscous, salads spelled, rice, and cereal.

All foods are offered at cheap prices as the salad "Basic" with couscous, lettuce, arugula, radicchio, raw peppers, cucumbers, feta and oregano, or Wrap. These are specialties piadina with vegetarian options, or cutlet with tomato, chicken, sauce and yogurt.

This is what we had for lunch today :

Sushi and....

Orecchiette with pesto and cherry tomatoes and quiches with broccoli and mozzarella.

You can also choose between a large variety of sweets :)

but also smoothies, juices made from fruit.

Last but not least, it offers also a free Wifi service!!!
