one of the greatest place in Rome to eat hamburgers  is Bluebeef. Cosy, modern, with not so expensive prices for delicious burgers and sauces, with very nice and helpful people working in, this place is very nice and the food is extraordinary!
The burgers are absolutely tasty: savoury meat, cooked beautifully and delicious sauces.

Blue Beef is a young restaurant, it opened in November 2014. It has a vintage style setting with benches made with wood pallets and printings (American advertisings) that recall the '60s, when all the Italians dreamt about America.

It is also very characteristic especially for its terrace outside. Inside and outside the furniture is made with recycled materials.

Great meat with a rich menu ranging from appetizers like nachos, springrolls, skewered chicken nuggets, chicken popcorn (as the ones you can see in the picture);

the Tex-Mex dishes, from wraps to sandwiches; the American ones from grilled steaks to pork ribs with bbq sauce and hamburgers. And of course salads and desserts.

All burgers are served with fries on a nice tray.

The choice is quite varied, not deviate much from the classic ingredients like bacon, eggs and some special kind of cheese (small deviations are such as the guacamole sauce in the Avocado Burger, or the truffle sauce in the Truffle burger, or another one with an orange taste). Meat is great, you have all classic burgers served and also some creative ones!

Moreover it is not just a restaurant but also a bar, in short, a perfect place to eat, but also to have a drink with friends because of an excellent selection of beers proposals.

This place is a burger-lover´s dream-come-true: everything is homemade. I never had a burger so well prepared!
It was definitely better than my expectations. The quality of the food is incredible. I wish these guys all the best!
