Today I will show you how to make a good Italian panna cotta dessert by your own.
It is not difficult and very delicious!
Ingredients
- 500 milliliters of fresh panna (liquid)
- 125 grams of sugar
- 6 grams of gelatine
- 1 piece of vanilla
- 150 milliliters of milk
How to make it:
- Let's put some gelatine in cold water for about 10 minutes. At the same time we prepare in another pot some "panna", together with some sugar and vanilla. Then, we can add 150 milliliters of milk.
Now, let's heat the pot (fire must be very low). The milk don't have to boil. Let's squeeze the gelatine and put it inside the pot with milk. Mix everything until it will become homogeneous. - After some minutes turn off the fire and wait 5 minutes. Then put the liquid inside some shots or glasses as you prefer. Don't fill all of them but just half of glasses. Let them become cold and then put them for 2 hours inside the fridge.
- After 2 hours, bring glasses and put some topping on it (for example i used some berries jam) You can use some strawberries jam or some caramel or liquid chocolate, as you prefer.
- Put again other liquid on the jam and have create another stratus.
- You can create as many stratus as you prefer. I decided to do only 2, just to decorate in the middle and one on the top.
- Put again your glasses inside the fridge for 2 hours.
- Then, your dessert is ready. You can eat or you can decorate it with some fresh fruits on the top.Here you are my pannacotta: half with jam and half with caramel:
