Dear Bloggers,
today i would like to talk about the exhibition “LOVE. Contemporary art meets the love”
You can find this beautiful exposition at “Chiostro del Bramante” in Rome until February 2017.
It’s an unique cultural event and who is in Rome and appreciate contemporary art can have the opportunity to visit it!
The exhibition, which is not composed only by hanging paintings but it’s full of artistic works scattered all through the area of the Cloister of Bramante, gathers works, that represent the love theme, of the most important contemporary artists, first among all: Andy Warhol, Yayoi Kusama, Tom Wesselmann, Robert Indiana, Gilbert & George, Francesco Vezzoli, Tracey Emin, Marc Quinn, Francesco Clemente and Joana Vasconcelos.
In addition, i would like to tell you, in particular, the more exciting work of the exhibition: the installation of the Japanese artist obsessed by pois Yayoi Kusama, called “All the Eternal Love I Have for the Pumpkins”. The pictures of this amazing work are the most posted on Instagram in all the world. The Visitors are immersed in a room in which there are mirrors and a lot of yellow pumpkins with black polka dots on them and the emotion you can feel is to be in a field of “magical” Pumpkins!
I really suggest you this experience!
Thank you very much and see you soon
Monica
