Hello Everybody!
Today I will introduce you a special restaurant in Rome, with typical Puglia dishes.
In fact, if you have a short stay in Italy and no possibility to visit Puglia, but you have a strong passion for south of Italy food, you have the possibility to try this restaurant.
I personally come from Puglia and i found this place very good and close tio Puglia dishes.
As main dish, i tried the typical "ciciri & tria", homemade pasta with chickpeas and fried pasta as well.
Then, i tried some mixed dishes: aubergine meatballs, potatoes coquettes, flan with vegetables...everything was very good.
Dishes were really plentful, so we were satisfy!
So, if you cannot come in Puglia, but are you interested in south of Italy food, i really suggest this place.
