Good morning everybody!

Today I'd like to suggest a nice restaurant-masseria in the south of Italy:

Masseria Scagnito in Puglia (Via Vicinale Padulana, 82, 73022 Corigliano d'Otranto LE)

This is a typical restaurant, not far from Otranto and Lecce and for those who stay in Puglia for holidays, it is very recommended if you want to try genuine food but in a very nice location.

To reach this place, you have to drive inside some narrow streets in the countryside, but once arrived, you will find the masseria and its gardens.

All around the masseria, there are fileds, vegetables, and many products locally cultivated. They also use these products to prepare some good dishes.

Before enter inside the restaurant, you can see a nice stone yard.

Inside the restaurant there are many rooms, and some tables in each room.

The menu sometimes can be fixed, while other times can be à la carte.

I tried the following dishes:

1-MIXED FRIED VEGETABLES

2- MIXED ITALIAN APPETIZERS

3 - HOMEMADE PASTA WITH A SPECIAL TOMATOE SOUCE WITH VEGETABLES AND SAUSAGES

4 - MEAT AND MIXED SALAD

5 - MIXED FRUIT WITH ICE CREAM AND HOMEMADE BISCUITS

 I really suggest this place to enjoy the experience of a local Masseria in Puglia and good food.
