Today I want to show you how to make a jam crostata, one of the most popular desserts that you can find in any Italian region!

To do it, you can use your favorite fruit jam as your filling.

Ingredients:
300 grams Farina tipo 00
100 grams sugar
120 grams cold butter
2 eggs
Grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon vanilla powder

your favourite jam

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
You start to mix all the ingredients to make the crust,you'll have a soft dough. So Put 2/3 of it in into a rounded tart pan, buttered.
Fill it with jam. Then use the remaining dough to make strips and put them on the jam with fantasy!
After that you can bake it for 30/40 minutes.

Your tasty jam crostata is ready to be eaten!
