This month I’d like to explain you how to cook sauteed champignons mushrooms.

These kind of mushrooms called champignons are very simple to cook as side dish or main dish ,for example Italian risotto (rice).
Today,you can find the ingredients and receipt to cook these mushrooms as side dish.
INGREDIENTS:
champignons mushrooms
parsley
garlic
onion
salt&pepper
HOW TO COOK:
Wash the mushrooms and slice it up with a knife.
Wash the parsley and mince it.
Then, chop up onion and garlic as well.
Heat olive oil in a large wide pan on medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, parsley and stir it.Add the champignons and stir again.
Now you can add the stock cube in order to give extra flavour.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mushrooms are softened and cooked through.
Add salt and pepper and stir again.
Taste the mushrooms and when softened and savoury, they are ready to eat!
You can try this side dish with different kind of meat: beef, veal or chicken.
