today I’d like to introduce to you: EATALY in Rome.

It is situated in Rome, at Air Terminal Ostiense - Piazzale XII. I recommend it to all of you because it’s very comfortable and a very good food, in fact Its goal is to introduce a new way of distributing high quality agricultural products, inspired by leitmotifs as such as sustainability, responsibility and sharing.

Eataly’s first store was opened in Turin in 2007.The brand EATALY is the combination of two English words: EAT and ITALY. Eataly is about eating Italian food, but not it’s not just about Italian food. Eataly’s main goal is to demonstrate that high-quality products can be made available to everyone.

In Rome Eatitaly is 4 floor high. There are some markets downstairs and restaurants are upstairs.

Now my focus is restaurants department . They are divided according to the type of cuisine serving: meal, fish, pizza, pasta and piadina.

I love Pizza, so I chose the restaurant called “THE PIZZA OF EATALY”.

My menu was:

1- “supplì” - typical Roman dish made with rice and mozzarella

2- “Pizza of the day” – I chose the pizza of the day with mozzarella , tuna , arugula and tomatoes. It is made with high-quality Italian products.

I don’t like the “high” pizza but this it was very good and special. It was a lovely surprise, so I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
