today i would like to talk about a very nice place in Florence:  the Central Market! 

In the last floor of the Central Market of Florence, there are a very picturesque area where you can find the Best of Florentine “street food” cuisine! 

I personally tested “Pappa al Pomodoro” that, in Tuscany tradition, is considered a “poor"  first dish  because of simplicity of the ingredients (Tuscan homemade bread (unsalted) stale, tomatoes, garlic cloves, basil, Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper) but it’s  really very tasty!

Another thing that impressed me was the very suggestive environment; on the roof there are many colored glasses which handle the sunlight and creates a play of colors very beautiful ! 

So, if at lunch time you're walking in the center of Florence do not miss this beautiful place… I really recommend it!
