Dear bloggers,
today i will talk about the typical meat “Fiorentina”!
This year I was in Florence and I decided to try the real Fiorentina (personally I never tried during my trips to Florence….)
If you have the possibility to do a trip in Tuscany and rental a car to move from the center and from the touristic places I recommend very much this characteristic restaurant: Edy più.
This restaurant is located in “Lastra a Signa”, a pleasant suburb in the province of Florence!
We were two people and we ordered one Fiorentina… We really struggled to finish but the meat was really tasty and tender!
I think that this is a mandatory experience to do in Tuscany! 
The staff is very nice and friendly (like the most part of Tuscan people)
