What is better than having a good time in a restaurant by the sea especially in the warm summer evenings?

I went to this particular settlement called “Malibu Beach” in Ladispoli, near Rome, two times. The first time for having a dinner and the second one only for eating the dessert.

It is a very pleasant and nice restaurant overlooking the sea like a Californian surfing- style one.

I tasted the cuisine of the restaurant, which has a menu, at least for me, sublime! The first time I started with a welcome drink offered by the restaurant. The seafood was great and the combinations in creative dishes were balanced and absolutely perfect.

It was an excellent cuisine, studied in all its detail by the young Chef working in it.

Indeed all the staff is young, friendly and knowledgeable. They are passionate and always smiling, very nice and attentive to customer needs, personable but not intrusive and the service is always impeccable.

I was really impressed by the desserts. They were very well presented. We took a Millefoglie with blueberries

and the grandmother’s cake, all crumbled, with pastry cream, strawberry sauce and berries over it.

It is worth it to go there and taste everything! Then, a nice table outside overlooking the sea is all you will need to round off your evening!
