Today I want to teach you the recipe of one of the most delicious cake in the world :
IL TIRAMISU.
INGREDIENTS (For 8 people) / INGREDIENTI (per 8 persone)
3 EGGS - 3 UOVA
6 SPOONFUKS OF SUGAR - 6 CUCCHIAI RASI DI ZUCCHERO
500 GR. OF MASCARPONE CHEESE - 500 GRAMMI MASCARPONE
LADYFINGERS (NEARLY 200GR.) - SAVOIARDI (CIRCA 200 GRAMMI)
ESPRESSO COFFEE - CAFFE’ ESPRESSO
UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER - CACAO AMARO IN POLVERE

Now I explain the recipe: First of all, separate the yolks from the egg whites into two difference tureens. Add the 6 spoonfuls of sugar (one by one) to the yolks and mix until they are smooth, then add the mascarpone cheese and mix again.

Beat the egg whites until stiff

and add them the yolks, sugar and mascarpone to get a smooth cream. Soak ladyfingers with espresso coffee and create a layer into a big squared tureen. Then, add a layer of cream.,

another layer of soaked ladyfingers and a last layer of cream. Sprinkle the last layer with the cocoa powder.

Put the cake into the fridge for at least 3 hours ….. then take and taste it!! (In Italian language BUON APPETITO!!) For the next time I will prepare a new recipe: Loin of pork with mustard and speck (ARISTA DI MAIALE CON SENAPE E SPECK) mmmhh I got hungry already!!
