Four floors, a total of 24 rooms, 5 doubles, 5 singles queen size bed, 5 triples, 6 junior suite and 3 suite, mostly facing the Grand Canal, some other are on the “ Rio del Malpaga” and on the garden.

The hotel has a Terrace / Garden on the ground floor, facing the Grand Canal (90 square meters big) and a terrace on the roof with a Jacuzzi bat tub, which can be used also during winter period!

Facilities in the Rooms:

Disable Friendly, Wi-Fi, Telephone, Sat-TV, A/C, Minibar, Safe, Hairdryer, Tea and Coffee Facility, Room Service, Baby Crib (on request), Jacuzzi, Non-Smoking room.

All 24 rooms of the hotel are decorated following the rules of the Venetian style and tradition: precious wall fabrics, curtains and drapes, oriental carpets, stuccos, gildings, Murano glass and vases, chandeliers and appliqués created by glassblowing Venetian masters enrich the rooms. And make them even more welcoming when they offer your comfort and services such as Jacuzzi-Bath or Shower (or both in some rooms), a satellite TV, musical channels with cable radio, a telephone with direct external line, air-conditioning, a safe, a mini-bar. Every room has a Wi-Fi connection and Tea-Coffee facilities.

Very close to the Hotel there is Campo San Barnaba and Campo Santa Margherita, a part of the city were you can still “taste” the real Venetian life. Often you can find a small local market. In fact, the hotel offers only fresh products and our clients can ask different or particular food, as their pleasure!
