Today i would like to speak about an event that has taken place in Rome at Officine Farnesi on the 07th and 08th of February!

A group of young planners had the idea to organize two days dedicated at Italian street food.

They contacted all the best restaurants that usually use to travel with their “apette” (the typical vehicle used in italy for street food) and invited them to participate with their best products!

I attended Sunday 8th of February and I was really amazed by the quality of the products and by the affluence of people (the first day occurred about 4000 people)!!

We ate olives ascolane with truffles, pizza express, Neapolitan Cuoppo, Chianina beef burgers etc.

I’m talking about this experience because, thanks to the success of the organizers, they are invited to repeat the event at Expo 2015!

I hope you have the opportunity to go there during this expo days because it is really amazing!
