today i would like to introduce a special restaurant! 

This is the best place to eat Hamburger in Rome, “Percorsi”!

I know that you can think “hamburger is not an Italian typical food” but, in this case, we are talking about specials sandwiches prepared with the best ingredients you can find in Italian food (Chianina meat and so on)! 

This place have another interesting characteristic… they combined every sandwich with a particular cocktail, in fact this restaurant was founded by a group of hamburger lovers that said “in every restaurant we tried, Hamburgers and drinks was lack of personality”!

For this reason, flavors of sandwiches and combined cocktails are cured in every detail! 

For example I tried the Sicilian one, with following ingredients: Hamburger of boar meat;  Artichoke Cream; Waffle of Pecorino cheese ; Salad; Cream of black olives; Candied orange. 

Flavors was perfectly balanced, I really recommend this amazing and (not last) elegant  place!
