Located in Kapolei shopping center is a small local sushi restaurant called Sushi Bay.  When you arrive you have a choice to either dine in or take out. If you chose to dine in, you are seated in a booth or a bar style seat. Each seating arrangement has free access to a conveyor belt which carries a variety of items from the menu. If the belt is not your style, you can order the classic way through a waiter and have your food delivered to your seat. The menu is color coded to seven colors, each color is listed with a certain price. The items within those colors also correspond to a color coded plate on the conveyor belt. When you finish and ask your waiter for the bill, he will separate your plates by color, count them, then totals your price for you. Although there is only seven types of prices, there is still a great variety of food to choose from. There are bowls of ramen, salad, chicken, and poke. If that doesn’t suite your taste buds, there are fried foods like tempura, chicken, shrimp, vegetables, croquette, and even fries. Then for the people who doesn’t eat raw fish, there are cooked options also. The prices here are very reasonable, they give a lot for the price that it is listed as. The only down side to this restaurant is that there is limited seating therefore waiting times could be as long as 45 minutes to one hour.

レストラン内で頂くほかに、テイクアウトも選べます。また店内は、ボックス席とカウンター席が選べます。
どの席からもベルトコンベアに乗って運ばれるバラエティに富んだアイテムをメニューから選ぶことができます。

もしもベルトコンベアで運ばれてくることがしっくり来なかったら、これまで通り、ウエイターにオーダーして、運んできてもらうこともできます。

メニューとベルトコンベアに乗っているお皿は7色に色分けされており、色によって価格が異なります。
食事を終えて清算の際には、ウエイターはその色ごとにお皿を分けて数えて、あなたにお支払額を知らせてくれるでしょう。

7種類の価格しかありませんが、それらには多種多様なメニューが含まれます。
ラーメンやサラダ、チキンやポケ、てんぷら、コロッケ、炒め物もあります。生魚が食べられない人々のために、調理のオプションも選べます。

このレストランの価格はとてもリーズナブルだと思いますし、沢山のメニューがあります。
限られた席数なこともあり、待ち時間は1時間45分にもなったことがあります。
