Ewa Beach Shiro's Saimin（エヴァ・ビーチのシローズ・サイミン）

I have lived in Ewa Beach for over 25 years. This community has changed a lot the past 10 years.
僕はエヴァ・ビーチに25年間住んでいる。この地域はここ10年間で物凄く変わった。

Sugar cane is gone,and houses, shopping centers took its place. Shiro’sSaimen has been there from the beginning.
Shiro’s has been open since 1969, and has been a favorite of mine and my kids.
サトウキビ畑が無くなり、その代わりに新興住宅地やショッピングセンターが出来た。「シローズ・サイミン」は、最初からそこにあった。1969年の開店以来ずーっと。そして、僕や僕の子供たちのお気に入りだ。

This is one of a couple of places in Ewa Beach that you can dine in and order from a menu, and be served. The place has not changed since it was open.
ここはエヴァ・ビーチで数少ない、店内でメニューを見てオーダーして、テーブルサービスが受けられるところだ。開店以来、変わっていない。

Shiro’s makes their own noodles in their
factory, which means they are not frozen, dehydrated, or shipped from another
country.
「シローズ」では、自分たちの工場でオリジナルのヌードルを生産している。つまり、冷凍麺や乾燥麺、ヨソの国から運ばれてきた麺ではないということ。

They serve breakfast, lunch,
and dinner. They serve a variety of
foods. They are mostly known for the
saimin, which have over 60 different types of saimins. They also have Hawaiian Food, and local
foods.

ここでは朝食、昼食、夕食が食べられる。バラエティに富んだメニューを出してくれる。サイミンで有名だけれども（その種類なんと60以上）、ハワイアンフードやローカルフードも扱っているよ。
