Have you ever eaten a cactus fruit?

Mexicans call it "tuna" (yes, same name as the fish, haha) but this is a very juicy and good taste fruit of the cactus.

Several "tunas" grow on the top of a cactus.

There are different colors of "tuna", they can be green, yellow, orange, red or even cherry.

We peel them and eat the juicy inside with many seeds.

Yes, you can swallow the seeds !!

We make many products with this fruit, such as jam, ice creams, cold drinks and liqueur. cheers !!
